Lasi-palak ke pakore/ Butter milk-Spinach pakore
Ingredients:
Onion : 1 large (finely sliced)
Potato: 2 medium size ( finely sliced)
Spinach: 1/2 cup
Tomato : 2 Medium size (finely chopped) optional
Green chilies : 2
Green coriander : 4 TBS
Red chili flakes 1 TBS
Salt : 1 TBS Or to taste
Turmeric : 1/2 TSP
Coriander powder: 1 TBS
White cumin seeds powder : 1 TBS
Carom/ Ajwain : 1 TS
Gram flour / Baisan: 1 Cup
Butter milk / water : 5 to 8 TBS or As required (for mixing)
Method to cook:
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix with butter milk (لسی) or water and make a mixture not too hard and not too watery. Add mixture with the help of spoon or hand in oil and fry on medium flame until golden brown.Visit my video below:
