Pethay ka Halwa||Pumpkin Halwa
The history of Sub-content cuisines dates back to almost 5,000 years ago, when different communities and cultures interacted with India, leading to a range of regional cuisines and flavors.

Petha kaddu or pumpkin is veggie in Pakistan. it is winter vegetable and cooked by different methods. This is full of nutrition and antioxidant.

Ingredients:
Petha kaddu/Pumpkin 1/2 kg
Desi Ghee 3 tbs
Green cardamom 7-8
Sugar 1 Cup
Water 1/2 Cup
Food Colour 1/2 tsp
Dry fruit as required
Method to prepare:
First boil water and add pumpkin cook it for 10 minutes until soften 70% on medium flame.
2. Prepare Halwa
In the second step add desi ghee in a pan, add cardamom, sugar and water.
Cook on medium flame until sugar dissolved completely and thicken.
Add boiled pumpkin and food color until completely soften and mash if required.
Garnish Halwa with nuts of choice.
